We process personal data on the basis of contract performance, legal obligation (including Right to Rent checks and deposit protection requirements), and legitimate business interests.

We may share your information with: the Tenancy Deposit Scheme (TDS); Client Money Protect; referencing and credit check providers; contractors carrying out repairs or maintenance; and HMRC or other authorities where legally required.
How long we keep your information
We retain personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes outlined above, and in line with our legal and regulatory record-keeping obligations.
